SCRIBES provides AI-powered meeting recording, transcription, and summarisation services. Our bot joins your video conferences as a participant, records the audio, and generates transcripts and summaries using our proprietary AI infrastructure hosted in Switzerland.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must ensure that all meeting participants are aware of and consent to being recorded when using SCRIBES.
You agree to use SCRIBES only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to record meetings without the knowledge and consent of participants, or to process data in violation of applicable data protection laws.
You retain all rights to your meeting recordings, transcripts, and summaries. SCRIBES does not claim any ownership over your content.
We strive for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
