Security, without the fog
Where is content hosted? How is it protected? Who can reach it? How can it be removed? SCRIBES answers those questions directly.
The core SCRIBES workspace and primary AI infrastructure run on SCRIBES-owned servers in our own facilities in Switzerland. Selected managed services may support integrations, analytics, or reliability fallbacks; our Privacy Policy describes those categories.
Browser and service connections use TLS, while SCRIBES Meet media is encrypted in transit with WebRTC security. Authenticated access, system permissions, firewall controls, and restricted production access protect stored content.
Meeting owners control sharing and can delete individual meetings. SCRIBES assistants remain visible on supported platforms and are subject to the host’s meeting controls.

Use Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or host the meeting directly in SCRIBES Meet.

Evidence over slogans
SCRIBES must process meeting audio to produce transcripts and meeting intelligence, so the service is not end-to-end encrypted. We use encrypted transport, protected infrastructure, and clear controls—and keep those facts separate from certifications or roadmap commitments not yet delivered.

No. SCRIBES does not use customer meeting audio, transcripts, summaries, or chats to train its AI models.
No. Connections and SCRIBES Meet media are encrypted in transit, but the SCRIBES service must process meeting audio to transcribe and summarize it. Calling that end-to-end encryption would obscure how the product works.
Not at present. SCRIBES is designed around practical security and privacy controls, but we do not present uncompleted certifications as current product credentials.
