Account Data: Name, email address, and authentication credentials.
Meeting Audio: Audio recordings from meetings where SCRIBES is invited as a participant.
Transcripts & Summaries: AI-generated text from your meetings.
Usage Data: Service usage patterns, feature interactions, and performance metrics.

2. Where Your Data is Stored

All data is processed and stored exclusively in Swiss data centres. We do not transfer, replicate, or back up your data to any location outside Switzerland. Our infrastructure is operated under Swiss jurisdiction and protected by the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to provide and improve our services: transcribing meetings, generating summaries, enabling search across your meeting history, and delivering AI-powered meeting insights.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. We do not use your meeting data to train AI models. Your data is yours.

5. Data Retention

You can delete your meeting recordings, transcripts, and account data at any time. Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.
