Built-In Meeting Integration

Ask SCRIBES isn’t just in the dashboard. During live meetings, participants can type @scribes followed by a question in the meeting chat, and our bot will respond with an AI-generated answer based on your team’s meeting history. It’s like having an institutional memory that’s always in the room.

Privacy by Design

Ask SCRIBES uses retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) running entirely on our Swiss infrastructure. Your meeting data is never sent to external AI providers. The AI can only access meetings you have permission to view — team permissions are fully respected.
